Terms of Service
Cancellation,
Rescheduling & Call-Out Fee
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
If we arrive at the scheduled location and are unable to access the property or are turned away, a $50 call-out fee may apply.
This policy helps us compensate for travel time, fuel, and lost appointment slots.
Minimum Booking Requirement
Homes, Houseboats & RVs require a minimum booking of 3 hours.
Boats require a minimum booking of 4 hours.
Need more time or an extra cleaner? No problem! We provide customized estimates for larger or more detailed jobs.
To ensure our services align perfectly with your needs, we recommend scheduling a FREE ESTIMATE.
This allows us to conduct a walkthrough and provide a personalized quote tailored to your specific requirements.
Late Policy
-10 Days Late: Payments not received within 5 calendar days will incur a $25 late fee.
-30 Days Late: Payments not received within 30 calendar days will incur an additional $50 late fee.
-45 Days Late: If payment is 45 days past due, services will be paused until the balance is paid in full.
Future bookings will require prepayment before scheduling.
After Hours/ Sunday/ Holiday Rate
Bookings made after regular business hours (5pm) , Sundays or on the following holidays will be charged at a rate of time and a half:

-Independence Day
-Labor Day
-Thanksgiving Day
-Christmas Day
Pet Policy
We’re happy to accommodate clients with pets. However, please note that cleaning up after pets is not included in our standard service.
While we do our best to remove pet hair, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of pet dander.
Pets are not required to be in crates during our visit.
Stain Removal
While we focus on treating surface-level stains effectively, some stains may be beyond cleaning. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for customer satisfaction and will make every effort to address any concerns or issues with our cleaning services. Please notify us within 24 hours if you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning, and we will return to meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Service Limitations
Our cleaning services are comprehensive, but certain tasks may require specialized equipment or expertise beyond our standard offerings. We reserve the right to refuse service for any tasks or conditions that fall outside of our standard services or if they pose a safety risk to our staff. Please discuss any special requests with us in advance.
Breakage/ Damage Policy
We take great care while cleaning your property. In the unlikely event that any damage occurs during our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and determine appropriate compensation, which may include repair or replacement of the damaged item.
Access Policy
Access:
To ensure timely and efficient service, clients agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If our cleaning crew is unable to enter due to locked or inaccessible premises, a $40 fee per scheduled cleaner may be applied.
Trip Fee
Trip Fee:
For appointments beyond 35/45 miles of Manchester, NH travel, a $25 travel fee applies.
Parking
Parking Fee:
A parking fee will be added to your final invoice where applicable. To avoid this charge, we kindly ask that you provide a valid parking pass or access to free parking near the service location.
Please note:
Due to the carrying of supplies and equipment, our team is unable to walk more than 10 minutes from the parking area to the property.
Pricing & Payment
All quotes are estimates based on provided information. Final pricing may be adjusted upon arrival if conditions differ.
Cost is determined by several factors, including the size, location, and condition of the property, the type of cleaning required, any add-on services, and the number of cleaners scheduled.
For first-time cleans, we price our services hourly to ensure a thorough and accurate assessment of your space.
After the initial cleaning, future services for the same property, are offered at a flat fee based on your preferences and cleaning requirements.
Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept: Cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (e.g., Venmo and Bitcoin). For Venmo or Bitcoin QR codes, please contact us directly.
Returned Checks: A $35 fee will be applied to any returned checks due to insufficient funds.
Deposit
For jobs exceeding 6 hours, a 3-hour deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied to your final invoice.
